Went in to buy a nice set of stihl pruning shears that where 50% off but they are missing 2 parts to the only one they have in stock, no big deal just order the 2 pieces and I’d pick them up. They won’t do that after talking to the manager he offered me the item for more than regular priced shears while on sale for today only. I’m trying to spend my money locally and have paid full price and waited in lines all year and the one sale I come to and get this treatment, I think I’m done and will find another “local” business to support.
