I visited Clayton homes today 7/27/2022 and I've never been to a dealership that keeps all the building locked, and not one person came out to talk to me. It seems like its pure laziness from the staff. Must be really hard to unlock the doors for potential customers to see there inventory, My wife and I have already been approved by our bank for a mortgage loan. All we have to do is find a house. I will spend my money elsewhere. Proceed with caution.

The home buying process is stressful . Everyone kept telling me,I wouldn’t try to get a home right now. With my husband and I walking into Clayton homes with no idea of what to expect was a little scary . We stepped out on faith and took this process head first. From the very moment we were greeted with great customer services. From the beginning to maybe half way we worked with a representative that had switched jobs. That was a little scary because she knew what we wanted and I was like lord we have to start with someone new. After it was all said and done I had nothing to worry about. This process was made a lot easier due to the staff at Clayton Homes. The communication was nothing but outstanding. They answered all my questions and explained different processes to me. Not once rushed or short talked me. I am grateful for the team. I couldn’t have asked for a better company and team to go through this major purchase with. I can’t thank you all enough for everything.
