Dr. Glisson has taken the best care of my kitten Leonard. I have owned several animals before, but never a cat so I had many questions. She was more than happy to answer them, and helped me ensure he was healthy. Leonard also was cared for by the technicians who are extremely knowledgeable. I could not ask for a better team to care for my first cat!

It has been 7 days today, and my Stella is not scathing or biting on herself. Her hair is growing back. I'm just so thankful for you guys seeing her on such short notice and getting her started on some meds to fix these issues so fast!!

I am not sure who the receptionist is that I spoke with today. She has tobe the most unprofessional and non knowledgeable person there. She calls me about an appointment when I already had one. I ask what am I setting up another appointment for she says IDK whatever else your dog needs vaccinations or shots. Then she hangs up on me. I call back she puts me on hold 10 + minutes I call from my work phone she answers. I say who I am and she says she forgot she put me on hold. I ask to speak to her superior and she says nobody available there busy and puts me on hold again so long I hang up. If this is the type thing a new PAYING customer has to go through I will do business somewhere else. Not to mention the 1st appointment I had there she tells me she cant put my puppy on the scale because she hasnt had shots.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi Tanya - thanks for reaching out! The hospital will be your best source for pricing information, but for a rough estimate on certain services, you can also use our pricing calculator here: https://www.banfield.com/our-hospitals/services-pricing#/pricingwidget
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
