They are very helpful and inform you of all the documents you need to locate to be able to start your case.

Absolutely terrible!!!! first i was given an attorney that said she could not appear for my court date because she has a meeting that day. Spoke with a manager and got another attorney who decided to call me at 12pm on THE DAY BEFORE COURT and says she now has covid and has to be quarantined...spoke with the manager again and was told she had a stand in..that stand in now says she is busy with out of state cases.....bottom line these people are a JOKE and will not help i am now forced to defend myself since i cant afford to hold off another 2 months. DISGUSTING!!!

Questions & Answers

Can legal aid help with grandparents rights?

They can if you meet their qualification requirements. Most are income based, but there are some services that they provide to the elderly regardless of income. Either way you'll need to call their intake number

My roommate owes me $600 and I finally kicked her out. She assaulted me in my home and I didn’t press charges. But what are my rights to her stuff on my house?

Ashley, this isn't a place to get legal advice. It's still her stuff, so you probably don't want to steal it. You can investigate filling a suit against her in small claims court for back rent. You don't need a lawyer to bring a claim there, and the forms that you need will either be online, (county), or at the courthouse itself
