I had a fantastic experience with Miranda and staff. They took excellent care of my cat Caroline. I’d recommend this practice to anyone who’s in need of great care and quality services. You’ll be glad you did.

First off I would like to thank Dr Blatinger, Dr. Pardo, and Dr. Wells and all of the techs that worked with my baby Mea. Unfortunately, in the end I had to euthanize her. Thank you to Nelson for the kind and caring manner he had when it was time to let her go. I definitely highly recommend this place. I will be sure to give anyone who may need 24 hour vet help for their fur babies this place and number. Thank you all again. Diane Visoky and Family

A year ago my wife and I brought our cat Liam for flaseduids at the advice of our local vet as he was having an attack of pancreatitis and in chronic renal failure. Dr. King-Smith insisted on taking him to Blue Pearl, a Paramus, NJ---based outfit notorious for holding pets hostage for outrageous costs incurred. She said he needed a cardiac ultrasound. We told her we would rather go to a place in the county for services, but she overruled us and said she would take him. Otherwise she would put him to sleep then and there. She was holding him hostage, knowing how much we love him and would probably just go along. My wife and I have cared for him for a year since then and he is healthier than ever. The owner, Dr. Jackson, was very nice afterward, but I would steer clear of Dr. King-Smith and proceed with caution. I know this vet used to work for Blue Pearl and I'm not sure that she still doesn't.

On Tuesday, 8/30/22 I had to bring in my beloved senior Siamese cat Samy, who had advanced kidney disease. His health took a turn for the worse that day; upon entering VEG the staff took immediate care of him. Although the Dr.'s and staff did all they could, I had to make the painful decision to put my beloved furbaby to sleep. The compassion shown to me and Samy from the moment we arrived to Samy's final moments on Earth was truly extraordinary, and very greatly appreciated. VEG also handled his cremation with great care as I received his urn and mementos the following week. Many heartfelt thanks to all at VEG.

Hi Diana, we provide emergency and urgent care for pets. We do not do vaccinations or regular check ups at our hospitals. We recommend finding a regular veterinarian who provides those services. If you are having an after hours emergency with your pet, we are open 6pm-8am Monday through Friday, and 24 hours on the weekends and holidays.
