They are very professional and have saved my dogs life Dr. Ho is incredible. She comes and gets the dogs and return them to the owner. She is very thorough and goes above and beyond to find out what is wrong with your pet and give them the best treatment possible. She answers emails at all times The receptionists and techs are very professional

My loved one had passed and we, amidst significant grief brought them in for cremation services. They upsold us on additional services, and we had bought additional molds of our loved one’s paw. When we went pick up the ashes, they handed two pieces of paper. An ink print and a mold are two totally different things. Who would pay extra money for a copy of a piece of paper that could be easily copied anywhere? They deeply misrepresented their services. Worst, with it being end of life service, there’s no way to get the opportunity for a mold. Shame on you.

Where is Odell plaza? Is it in Applebees MALL
If they attend cats and dogs 🐕
Yes, their coordinators will call a day in advance to discuss upcoming appointment procedures.
No you do not need an appointment they act like an emergency room so you may have to wait to be seen, but it works just like an ER, if your pet is severely in need of medical attention they will prioritize you or if they are not you will just have to wait.
You can call in ask for an estimate. You may need a consult for them to give an accurate estimate. :)
You are not foolish - I know that youre just curious. Cost is such a concern with these places, but they do their best. It's impossible to know because you haven't gotten it diagnosed yet. They will give you an estimate after examining your cat and then you can choose what you would like to do.
