I normally don't have issue’s with this place but ever since covid and them having to do everything over the phone these ladies haven't been on their p & q’s. This is the second time in a 3-4 month time period I was told I would get a phone call for recertification and never got a call. I even confirm that I'm aware of the appointment the day before, why isn't anyone calling? Then, when you call them the following day they always say someone called, that you didn't answer, this is a lie. This is not right nor is it fair, when you’re dealing with pregnant women & those who have infants and toddlers you should be on top of your p&q’s.

The woman answering the phone call talks like a unprofessional woman. She is mean, everytime I asked questions , she keeps giving me a high tone. That is not a good service , I hope it never happens again, it happened twice when I called. I felt like not going in that place anymore. Get a more professional that will treat us, mostly students like me, nicely and with care.
