Not the most professional. I’ve been waiting for a prescription for weeks because the doctor didn’t give the right directions- twice. I’ve called multiple/ left messages and so has my pharmacy, but they don’t care to resend the correct information. They aren’t interested in finding a solution unless you are persistent in asking. If you are younger, they will not take you serious and will basically send you to figure it out on your own. I had something serious happen to me and all they did was draw blood and give me a prescription without asking about my symptoms which led to more bleeding because of the prescription.

Unfortunately my wife and I had a really bad experience with our son, we had an appointment and we were on time, then someone from front desk told us to wait for being called then never called us, absolutely a waste of time, I write this because in a opposite situation if we arrive late they immediately say that we have to wait til next available time or to change appointment, some times is not fair.

I had a great experience here. Everything was on time, I was in great hands with Cindy.

But my husband's been going there for acupuncture treatments and it's worked very well for him so far he is sciatic pain is basically gone this is growing pool now he has to deal with his a hip which might mean surgery but 6 months worth of treatments it's been well worth it when we go to VCC my dog and I go across the street there's a boutique and Mexican restaurant that's really nice and do a little shopping at the doctor that BCC they're the bomb and it's really nice location

Well I've been a patient of ECC for 15 years but I believe they would tell you emergency medication to go to the emergency room at at the nearest hospital Tri-City would probably be the nearest to VCC in Vista which was where I was at but schedule an appointment be a walk-in at VCC to see the doctor maybe by the end of the day you might be able to get some emergency medication but my best that would be they would advise you to go ahead and go to the emergency room if it was important the emergency medication refill that you would need
On the first floor entrance, no one can go in without checking in at the main door entrance.
