This was my first visit for some general maintenance on my CRV. Everyone in Service was super nice. I arrived 15 mins early for my appt at 8:30am on a Saturday and it took quite a while to hand off the car. With that said tho, if I’d arrived at my appt time I don’t think it would have taken as long because there was only one other car waiting at 8:30 so…🤷🏼♀️ Service said the car would be done in an hour and 45 and it was actually done in an hour 15 so I was pretty pleased. Good experience over all and great communication so I’ll be back!
