Is there anything I can do to stop my neighbors cats from prowling my yard at night? I have several security videos showing them roaming my yard in the wee hours. I have bird feeders and bird houses. Thank you ! I don’t know who owns them.

They will not help you. All they will do is tell you to trap the cat. If you trap it and bring it in they will level fines against the owner if they can find them if they cannot find the owner they will likely put the cat to sleep. Leave the cats alone.
