Lots of parking throughout the park and free parking on the main road, but that's too narrow for an RV. Park in the park and then head to the visitor center to buy a daily parking pass and affix to your windshield

Why are paid visitors required to ask each docent that they photograph for permission to put their picture on social media? The CA State Park website encourages the public to photograph events for publicity.
