I don't think there are any restrictions on bringing your own grill but probably no open flame fires.

Are jump houses or generators allowed??

At the park on the east side of the dam I believe so. Check with the Sac State Aquatic center for all of the rules 916-278-2842

Can we park here for free? Or is it same price as Sac State Aquatic Center ($10)?

The Aquatic Center and the recreation area are park of the state parks system and charge for parking. BUT... the Hazel Ave. Park & Ride lot just across the road is free.
