I was discharged in 1995 after 10+ years of Military Service from the Navy as "Other than Honorable". How should I go about requesting a discharge upgrade to honorable? Thank you, John

John if you are in west palm beach florida go to the VA Medical Center there and go to building 10. Ask the shuttle bus driver in the VA Medical Center campus to take you there. In that buildimg you have Veteran Services with various organizations that focus on helping vets with their claims and anything else you might need.
