Go to West Palm Beach VA to the enrollment office. When you enter the VA ask the information desk to guide you to right office. Good Luck
I have NEVER had or heard of anyone having a problem with enrollment; I know haven't and I've been a patient since the VA opened its doors. My belief is that supplying supportive documentation of Military Services is where the frustration may begin and that's an individual not enrollment issue. They are very clear in explaining what documents are needed and how to obtain them. At the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center in my opinion ALL VETERANS MATTER.
Lynda is correct, if you are able to visit the west palm beach physically please stop in at enrollment located in the main atrium adjacent to the main entrance, they will be able to enroll you and provide you a veterans id card. There are also online methods of enrollment which can be found here: https://www.va.gov/health-care/how-to-apply/

Can any veteran get a VA card? I tried to enroll once before in Ft Pierce but somehow was denied?
