Yes William the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center does preform radiation in house for both cancer treatment and for diagnostic purposes. We have a dedicated cancer center building attached to the main medical center. Please let us know if you would like more details, thank you.
Possibly the closest VA medical center ie full scale hospital will have a radiation treatment facility within the hospital itself! I wouldn't believe that the VA would send you to another radiation therapy provider unless you are too far away from a VAMC hospital! I don't know about Cancer radiation treatment being mobile to treat patients in their home residence, I suggest calling the VA information number on your area or regional VA facility closest to your residence. Also look up the 1-800 number on your search app on your cell phone or laptop etc etc.
