Hi Julie, All of Sweet Caribou’s macarons are naturally gluten-free, as the shells, when properly prepared, are made with almond flour. We also avoid any fillings that contain gluten, and our pastry chef is gluten free as well, so she is careful to avoid any cross contamination. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance! I am not sure if they do. I only get their salads, which are delicious. The owner is extremely helpful if you can't find the info on their website, I would recommend just calling them.
