Sweet Caribou has the best Macaroons ever!! Soooo bomb!! 😌 And there salads are to die for as well. My favorite is the Cordova Keto Cobb which is available the 2nd week of the month. There food is ALWAYS super fresh and consistent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great fresh lunch or to please there sweet tooth.

I came across this place at the state fair, so I didn't have free reign to comb through their whole menu. Their claim of "Alaska sized flavor" is very accurate. All the macarons I tried had very strong, distinct flavors, as advertised, and they were very soft and delicate. Birthday cake is supposedly a fan favorite, and was one of my favorites as well. However, red velvet was my winner from the box. Not a single macaron was sub-par; I enjoyed all. I saw multiple flavors here I've never seen at other French bakeries, so they get creativity points. Super cool folks were working the booth too. I would definitely go out of my way to check out their store next time.

The salads are good but would be even better with more vegetarian or vegan options to choose from. Also, I would like to see more environmentally friendly ways of serving meals when customers don't use take out. When dining in even the salads are served in plastic bowls and plastic water bottles were handed out (versus reusable bowls and glasses).
