What was the point of someone answering and then transfer you all the way back to queue behind 23 people?What is the point of a scheduled appointment just to have u call back tomorrow 4 hours later? Call center needs to do better imo. I understand they are low on staff, but what was the purpose of the people who do answer your call just to "transfer " ?

They are only open to turn in paperwork 9-4 Tuesday & Thursday as of August 2022. Come with everything photocopied so you can just leave it in the box

People are very knowledgeable and friendly help out as much as they can but very respectful and nice went to the office and was in and out of there in like 20 minutes super efficient and fast wow wish all government places ran that smooth and fast

You need to go into the office at 8 am...they take same appts until 11:30 (if you schedule an appt. Probably be 3 months out they told me, so to come in). They didn't process my 6 mo. Renewal paperwork and it had already been 3 months over due. I went in at 8:15 And waited for a worker to see me. Got back pay - it was worth it.no "live person" numbers leaving messages didn't work, I even called Juneau *No one called back so went in.
