Rude and unhelpful and took way to long to find out they can't do anything incompetents is a must to be employed there

I called for help with a claim and the rep I believe her name was Aubrey, was extremely unhelpful. Kept telling me that I couldn’t apply for unemployment even though the website states otherwise. I grew frustrated with her lack of help and listening and asked to speak to someone else, she said I needed to call back. I asked supervisor and she denied me that too. She then hung up on me when I asked her what her name was….. I am calling for help and she was EXTREMELY unhelpful. I am just trying to receive help after being out of work due to COVID.

I have been waiting since December 2020 to get benefits. It is now May 2021. I am a bit set back because every time I call, I get told something different. Which I have called ever week. I even requested for a supervisor to return my call, only to not be given the curtesy of the call I requested. It’s becoming frustrating, stressing, and depressing. I do have bill obligations that I cannot take care of, even though I have been consistently looking for work. Looking for work 24/7 to the point that I feel anxiety. I rated a one star because of the inconsistency of information and how much time it’s taking. I have had patience and I have ran out of it at this point. Those of you that have had an awesome experience….that is what I would have loved to have had! Unfortunately, not my case. Update: I have called still having the same issues. They gave some money but told me they can only give me the minimum because they are still waiting on the Department of Defense to send my wages even though I gave them what I had. They put me down as working for a company I never worked for. It caused all kinds of issues. Today August 13, 2021 I called and spoke to Kyle he was no help, I called back minutes later because that wasn’t sitting right with me and a lady name Laurie answered and she actually had an issue with listening and cut me off on everything I was stating. Eventually I asked to speak with a supervisor and she sent me back to the main menu….how professional. Then I get a lady named Dory and she was rude off the top. She started asking me questions I never have been asked before when calling and to me it raised a flag because I don’t remember sharing that information she was asking with them and she was rude. I understand why she was asking after she was rudely talking to me like a child. But when you are never asked that it just seemed weird. She refused to let me speak with a supervisor actually all of the representatives refused. Which is weird. I felt really uncomfortable talking to her at this point. I wished there was another way to get to someone other than these rude workers. They deal with people and if they can’t talk to people then they might need to look for new employment. This is what I have to deal with but my next option is the BBB to see if something can be resolved that way.
