I have a commercial vehicle operated in a non commercial capacity. Every time i go to the DMV there's normally only one person on who knows how to handle it. This place had more than one person who knew how to process and took 1/5th the time as the DMV.

It would be a lot easier to get the title. However if that's not possible you can go the surety bond route. The form is on the DMV website with all the instructions. AT&R
