Loved Denali Alaskan. Banked there for 30+ years! Nuvision has been a total nightmare. Customer service is still good but my debit card has been compromised 4 times in the last 4 months! I’m older and can’t stand for very long so they’ve taken away a comfortable waiting area so you have to stand in a line. Yes there are a few chairs but no way to keep your place in line! It seems more like a production factory than a friendly bank. I now it seems trivial but their debit card is flat out ugly. The first one I got had an orange edge that made it easy to find in my purse but the latest one doesn’t even even have that. All in all I don’t trust or even like Nuvision.

There are much better credit unions! I used to love it when it was Denali. Nuvision’s service is practically nonexistent. Website is full of bugs and it’s practically impossible to get anyone on the phone. I checked yesterday (Fri) to make sure they are open today and hours were posted open 10-6 Mon-Sat, so I walked two and a half miles only to find them closed. At least it was a good walk.
