Dr. Andrew Levi and His Staff is absolutly the best. Me and My Husband are forever grateful to Dr. Levi. Before we entered his practice, we tried 3 IVF in a practice in norwalk. The doctors their kept telling us we are a young couple that we will be fine. After nothing we took a year break with only 2 embryos left, we decided to look else where. We met with Dr. Levi who didnt meantion about our age and came up with a different plan for us. One the very first try, we were successful. Now we have a beautiful healthy baby. Dr. Levi listened to our concerns and worries. He came up with a different plan to fit our needs. I would recomment this practice to everyone. Thank You Dr. Levi and all the staff at Park Ave

No, all patients must schedule their appointment in advance.
In some cases, we do hold telemedicine sessions as a part of the consultation, but this depends on the location of the patient. All other appointments, treatments, and procedures must be held in-office.
While some patients do get referred to our office, we accept all patients – with or without referrals. If you would like your insurance to cover your care, please contact them directly to inquire about referrals and the specifics of your coverage.
When undergoing fertility treatment, patients get the full amount of their medication to avoid needing prescription refills.
To reach billing, please call the front office and they will be able to connect you with the right person.
We recommend that all patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment.
We always confirm appointments in advance and prefer that patients cancel or reschedule their appointment 24 hours in advance. However, we do not penalize people for no-shows.
Please bring in your ID and insurance. Any prior medical records should be sent in beforehand.
