My husband and I can't say enough amazing things about Park Ave Fertility and the incredible staff that work there! They helped us navigate through the incredibly hard journey of fertility and did so with grace, kindness, and knowledge. After a successful FET, we just welcomed our baby boy and we owe it all to Dr. Levi and his wonderful staff! I could cry tears of joy writing this review. Thank god for Dr. Levi and his staff. I came to this office for a second opinion after being just a number at a previous facility and wasting years of my life with the wrong treatment options for me. Walking into Park Ave Fertility was such a breathe of fresh air. After 3 months of treatment geared toward my specific diagnosis I found myself pregnant, something I thought I was so far away from. Dr. Levi and his staff give extraordinary care and always have the most pleasant of attitudes making for a wonderful patient experience. Words can’t express how thankful I am, they gave me something I thought I’d never have. Would 10/10 absolutely recommend! And I will be back for my next. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!

I needed the best experts after my three NJ fertility consultations and my expectations were above and beyond with PAF. They were never late in responding my questions, I was never rushed during my appointments and they were always there for us. We always confirm appointments in advance and prefer that patients cancel or reschedule their appointment 24 hours in advance. However, we do not penalize people for no-shows.
We recommend that all patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment.
To reach billing, please call the front office and they will be able to connect you with the right person.
When undergoing fertility treatment, patients get the full amount of their medication to avoid needing prescription refills.
While some patients do get referred to our office, we accept all patients – with or without referrals. If you would like your insurance to cover your care, please contact them directly to inquire about referrals and the specifics of your coverage.
In some cases, we do hold telemedicine sessions as a part of the consultation, but this depends on the location of the patient. All other appointments, treatments, and procedures must be held in-office.
