I grew up coming to this library, and I love it still. It has friendly staff (usually) and is rather child-friendly on the 2nd floor. They also have a 3-D printer for those who like it, and a large selection of books, tapes, VHS's (maybe, I can't remember that well), CD's, DVD's, and movies to choose from.

Yes. I believe it's 15¢ a page for black and white.
