They were nice but i had spoken to someone very clearly about my payment situation and somehow i was misunderstood. I just hope that they learn to listen and understand what the customer is saying to avoid confusion and stress. Not sure of the work yet but ive heard good things so im sure its fine.

The center pin in the carrier is what holds the axles in the side gears, if your able to slide the axles back and forth with the pin in then you might have a really worn posi or side gears
They might charge you an hour labor at the most, if its obvious then probably nothing if they do the repair, their labor rate was $110 last time I checked
