Worst place ever we called to make sure they could see my daughter for strep throat symptoms she goes there then they tell her oh they can’t see her only the primary care but they aren’t open anymore til Monday, and they waited an hour until the nurse comes back and then tells her she can’t be seen after they already checked her in and by then the primary care is now closed.They need to get their stuff together, I would not waste my time going here ever again.

I had a peanut allergy scare and needed urgent care stat. There's no better feeling than going to a medical facility and feeling seen and heard. I hope not to end up in the ER anytime soon but if I ever do I know where to go.

Very easy to schedule an appointment online. My CMA and NP were thoughtful and professional and I felt very well taken care of. I would recommend this express care to anyone.

One star is too high for the service we received today. We had a 3:30 reservation but in hopes of getting in sooner walked in to get in the wait/ walk-in queue. We were told the wait was up to 2 hours and to wait in the parking lot. Our hotel was only 10 minutes away so we returned to our room waiting for the call. About 2 hours later, now 3:00 we received the call and were back at the clinic within 10 minutes. We were told since we were not waiting in the parking lot they had taken another patient and our new walk in wait time was up to another hour.....meaning 3 hours total. When I asked if we could use my reserved time of 3:30, the receptionist Michelle, whose overall attitude seemed negative and confrontational, could not for some reason find any record of my reservation despite the fact I showed her a text message from the clinic confirming it, and reconfirmed it with the phone scheduler on reaching the car to leave. I spent most of my day trying to get medical care when not feeling well to no avail. I would run away from this clinic. This is NOT GOOD CARE.

ExpressCare offers treatment for simple conditions like cold, flu, allergies, cough, congestion, ear, nose and throat issues, urinary tract infections, eye irritations, skin conditions, and asthma. We treat minor injuries like sprains, strains, cuts, and scrapes and can conduct tests for strep, mono, pregnancy, cholesterol, and STDs in private rooms. We can also prescribe medications as needed (like antibiotics for UTIs).
