Why do you allow bad residents to stay? You wouldn't have such retention problems with residents if you boot the white trash out of your community!

I agree with the trash comment but it isn't only white. It's all the trash of every color.

That's true, all kind of people do trash there. What if instead of residents, the people encharged keep the place as they say when you sign the contract? What if they are on the page of making residents follow the rules instead of be there reading the manual or the contract when you are complaining about the bad management?
