Poor communication in the office. They never answer the phone. The maintenance people are rude. They will charge a fee for everything when you decide to move out. They are rude and unprofessional.

I set up showings with Caleb from leasing to view a few apartments. Caleb was extremely knowledgeable about the units and the complex and was very outgoing to talk to. As I'm new to this area, Caleb was a wealth of information regarding dining locations and several attractions. I highly recommend you link up with him to do your showings!

First off the office staff and maintenance really do a good job. The pool, clubhouse and grounds are well kept too. I have to say though if you have allergies or even if you don’t have allergies you might after living here. Invasive pepper trees are all around the property. The windows are thin and moisture builds up and we all know what happens when that happens. Silverfish are all over the place inside and out, lived in Florida for twenty years and never seen anything like it, they are gross, and I’m not grossed out easily. Our one garage door opener never worked right, damaged my car because of it. Raccoons always would get in our trash before trash service would come and I’d have to clean it up, it got to the point we stopped using the trash service and I just took it to the compacter myself, but you still have to pay for the service. Being close to the beach is great I will say. We lived there for over two years and everyones rent doubled due to the market. It’s way over priced in my opinion with all the issues. It is an overall nice place and again the staff is probably one of the best around.

Beautiful, quiet, and gated apartment complex. The staff is amazing! Caleb made us feel welcome and home from the tour on, he is an absolute pleasure to work with and walks you through every step of the process with respect and professionalism at all times! Highly recommend the Springs at Palma Sola Apartments!

I believe Bayshore High School on 34th st w. Off of 53rd ave w. Its a very good school and in a good area. But You can pick what ever high school You would like. Kids have Free Choice in FL. They can also do e-learning or a hybrid model.
We are located 15 minutes from the exciting and growing Sarasota University Town Center. Springs at Palma Sola is also located just a few minutes away from Publix, Walmart, and local dinning.
The owner response is incorrect. The hook ups are available, but you must rent units. It's an added cost they do not want you to know about until you sign your lease.
Stay away if you have a large dog, a couple people can say they are afraid of it and you have 24 hours to remove the pet! Only place I have ever hated where I live!
We have attached and detached garages for rent. We also have a large double car garage that is featured in selected units.
Palma Sola is located 5 miles from Anna Marie Island and public beaches. We are also located 12-15 miles from all interstate access.
