The very first day I moved in the apartment there were big brown roaches and baby ones in the refrigerator. It was filthy dirty. It look like someone through mess in it and left it to freeze. Both freezer and fridge was invested with roaches, It looked nasty. I immediately called the office to report the problem and she said as long as the refrigerator was working she wasn't going to change it. She told me to put a slip in for maintenance. Dude, that was my first day, maintenance should have taken care of that before I moved in.

We've lived at Robins Apartments for almost a year now and I can honestly say that we love living here. The staff are phenomenal and the second I need anything fixed they come ASAP. I Love it here and highly recommend it to others 5 Stars ☺️

Easy helpful STAFF who will assist you in any way. Within two I was in my apartment. Enjoying life again.
There are 57 channels that include all the major channels and the sports channels. We took out all the paid program channels so it wasn't a bunch of channels that are selling stuff.
We do have a few units available that do not have deposits on them yet.

The requirements are as follows: a $25 non refundable application fee, if the background is substantial to the managers requirements then there will be $750 deposit, the extra$25 is for the mailbox key deposit, $725 first month's rent all due before move in. If you have a pet, there's a$300 pet deposit which is non refundable. Utilities, cable, wi fi are included in this price. On a personal note, the managers are nice and run a clean safe, comfortable complex.

We do work with people who pay their rent. However, if you don't have the 1st months rent with the deposit we will not be able to get you in. There is a place called Turning Points that can help you with the 1st months rent if you're eligible.

They are being totaly redone as we speak...you get a small full-size frig a microwave and a double hot plate burner. Also the A/C unit is brand new and has a remote! Much nicer than before..
