Is it possible that i can still rent. My landlord that i have now can vouch that im good tendent. The eviction i have is from me being young and irresponsible. If i can rent there im more then willing to go fill out an application with the 25 bucks.

This is an efficiency apartment. They do have a bunch of renters in here that have your type of proble.. Look at what you can say to them first that will prove your rdliab8lith to pay rent.

As far as I know they don't do any credit checks. Just a background check
