Palma Sola shores is a great place to catch a few sun rays and maybe do a little fishing. If you're interested in horseback riding on the east side of the Bay north side of the road on Mondays you can see them there and take a horse ride out in the bay. If not you can definitely go there and watch the horses enjoy the water. Hey wanta little more horsepower you can bring your boat ,jet ski , kayak, and do some tubing. there are pavilions for picnicking and barbecue grills and also public restroom.

The answer is yes the homes on the bay are a part of community. You own your land. These homes are sold as condos with low fees. A hidden gem. Put your name on note card in clubhouse you are interested in buying. We don't need realtor to sell our homes. Word of mouth does it. Great place to live
