Went to this location almost an hour before they closed, and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru just for the manager to come out and tell me they are closed because she has no staff working. I drove by the window on my way out, and she had several staff members behind the counter. Pure laziness. I kinda get doing that a few minutes before closing time, but almost an hour? There isnt a whole lot of places that are open for 3rd shift people, so when they do stupid stuff like this place just did, it really sucks. I'm really hungry too :(

Worse wendy's I every went too. I double stack and ask for no pickes and no tomatoes. And got tomatoes and pickles on sandwiche. It three times. If I bite in a pickle. I'll be going hospital. I keep getting shorted on sandwiches too. This a bad wendy's.

This is very sad to say but it's the God honest truth, we went out around 9:30 pm to Wendy's on 14th street in Bredenton Florida because my grandkids wanted to have a snack and a strawberry frosty and we also bought 2 of the $4 dollar meal , so we got their and their was 4 car ahead of us so we didn't think it was going to take long because it is a fast food place , anyway it took us 20 minutes just to order our meals and from that point of ordering it took us another 20 minutes waiting on the window were we paid for our meals and their were 3 employees just standing on the window doing absolutely nothing, their wasva young Hispanic guy a young Hispanic girl and a black girl also and all 3 were doing nothing just rushing a poor old man who seem to be like 60 years old and the were all rushing him and giving him orders upon orders but NO was helping him at all , that restaurant is in need of a responsible manager who can get the employees to work and get responsibilities and do their jobs , so can some please find out who are these employees, this happened on Sunday September 4th between 9:30pm-10:30pm on 14th street on Bredenton Florida, what a shame . Worst wendy's service ever. Waited 5 mins at the window got cold food. Sandwich maker wanted to scream at cause i went in to ask for HOT fries. I love wendy's but this store doesn't have any of wendy's values in place
1st time using mobile app. They had a little problem finding my order. Got that taken care, the frostie machine was INOP. No delicious frostie, dang. Got a refund for that. But man, I really wanted a frostie.

This is not a question, but a complaint. I know you cannot call and point it out to the manager because they take the phone off the hook, plus you can't go in. There is nothing that can be done, because they could care less about customers.
