Walked in and never was greeted even after 5 minutes of standing there, I finally decided to ask if they could take our order and they claimed the fryer was hit by lightning. No sign on door saying they weren’t serving Long John Silvers food.

How can you sell seafood without cocktail sauce? You jack the prices through the roof and cut back on condiments. How cheap can you be. In times like this with economy in shambles, you need to step up your customer service by providing all that's necessary to enjoy a meal.

The service at this Long John's sucks. We ordered our food and they were out of Cole slaw and shrimp sauce. Then we waited 25 minutes and still did NOT get our food. They were not busy at all. The girl that waited on us went outside on her phone while the cook was on break. We ask for a refund and left.

Yes it is. They are finally allowing customers inside
French fries and cole slaw, at least that's what they had last nite. You can get hush puppies too.
No phones are not down. This place does not exist. I may have been open years ago, but now there is a empty lot in this location with no building.
It's fast food, so I doubt you can order it like that. Usually, you pay before they prepare it. And as fast food, you can probably expect between 5 and 10 minutes as a walk in, so that's not bad.
