Log into your account on the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or view your account online at the link below. When you get to the Rewards Page, click Login, and enter your username and password on the next page. Once you have logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your account history by selecting the “Transaction History” link.

Guests will earn 5 points for every $1 they spend. Once a guest collects 400 points they will receive a $5 reward which is automatically added to their Rewards Wallet. The reward can be used on the next visit simply by checking in using the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or by providing your account phone number to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Most places will customarily ask you what kind of sauce you'd like. I haven't had that problem. Not sure which one you went to bit I always chexk the bag before I leave and ask for ketchup for fries and check for straws for a beverage and ask for knapkins. If you DON'T ask they won't put it on the bag due to allergies and some PEOPLE DON'T use the sauces. I have foynd this with young kids the parwnts won't give sauce due to being made a mess on them or in a vehicle. Hope this helped. 🍽
