Seeing the behavior in replies on these comments to those who leave negative reviews says it all. This place is supposed to be a “spa” but is clearly a place full of narcissism and drama. NEVER GO HERE. I wouldn’t.

Called to make an appointment and the front desk staff was rude, put me on hold 3 times and never ever came back to answer the phone. Judging from the comments I see here the owner is obviously a problem and very combative, the positive reviews must be paid for because they’re definitely not real, I would suggest never ever going here. Seems like an absolute hole.

Haven’t been in person but from a phone call I found the receptionist to be rude and condescending. Certainly not the level of customer service I am accustomed to when trying to relax
