I cannot say enough kind words about this establishment & the employees. Sunday morning I had an unfortunate event with a flat tire among other car problems. I originally had my car towed to Cox tires not knowing many places in area. I called Cox on Monday to find out I wouldn’t get my car back until after Thanksgiving. Being shy of the age to be able rent a car, this new had me panicked. I called Burt’s and got Jimmy on the phone he was immediately more helpful and willing to at least look at it and see what he can do. His kindness and professionalism are unmatched. He made sure my car was in perfect condition to take home today. Joe was also very helpful and kind throughout the process of payment and how we could proceed financially. My sincerest gratitude to all of these people and the mechanics for prioritizing my car during this very hectic season.

I came in last minute when they had no appointments available available. I had a slow leaking tire. They immediately told me to pull in and they found and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Not only that, but they didn’t charge me! Joey was the one who helped me. He went above and beyond and even filled all my other tires. I’ve always liked this place and their customer service.

I had a metal plate hanging down on my car while it was on a trip to Park city. I came to Burt Brothers tires to see if they could help. DJ helped me get it back in place so it wouldn’t be hanging down and sparking as I drive, he was so accommodating, so fast, and so kind. Five star experience today! Thank you Burt brothers and DJ!
