Worst customer service experience with this store. The store manager Brandon was not helpful nor Stephanie who was very rude. I was attempting to do a refund and they did not want to refund me my money. Brandon had me call client services, which I explained the situation and per client services the store was not trying to assist me and advise to call corporate.

Really good ... Masks and distancing

Is it necessary to make an appointment? I've been trying to reach the Westchester Mall store since this morning. Call goes directly to hold and no one ever answers the call.
