PA Emily was super nice, super pleasant and super personable. She wasn’t rushing through the visit, I could tell that she was being genuine while communicating with me. I previously had a bad experience at this location. I’m glad that they are changing up the staff and retaining the good ones.

If I could give zero stars I would. Perhaps worst experience at urgent care ever. They said they offer walk in flu shots. I go there and ask how long and I'm told 30 minutes. No problem. I process my insurance, five minutes later I'm in a waiting room. So far so good. An hour later, nothing. I leave the waiting room to inquire and they said five more minutes. 24 minutes later a doctor comes in and says it will be another 5 minutes. At that point I've had enough, used an expletive and went to front desk to cancel transaction so my insurance would not be billed as I still need to get a flu shot elsewhere. Front desk says they can't do anything as it is already in there system. A flu shot literally takes 60 seconds to administer. By the time the doctor came and told me to wait, then complain that I used a naughty word he could have given me the shot as I was waiting an hour and half. Manager seemed unconcerned and chastised me for my language. I will never return to this facility.
