Great question! We provide testing prior to ordering a hearing device and we do repeat the testing in the aided condition as well. The test is performed using sounds, words and sentences in quiet and in the presence of background noise. Additionally, we perform real ear measurement which gives us the information we need to determine how the wearer is actually hearing with the device in their ear. Hope this answers you question!
