Not sure why this place is so poorly reviewed. Went in there for Nexplanon and Dr. Rivera was INCREDIBLE. Wonderful, kind doctor. Encouraged me to ask questions, made me feel so comfortable and confident in my decision, and he knew what he’s talking about. The only negative thing I would say is definitely the wait time. But with the care I got, I really can’t complain.

Experience is good, respectful & helpful staff with my gender affirming care, but I'm not seen for my appointment until 40 minutes or more on average, even though I show up 10 or 5 minutes early.

Zero Stars- GO TO NEWBURGH This place makes you wait for up to 6 hours so forget having anything planned for your entire day. No one tells you what’s going on, you’re stuck in a room for HOURS alone… Unbelievable that it takes 5 to 6 hours pr patient…

Was told to pick up paitent but wasnt informed that there is no waiting room, so was left ourside in the cold. Came back to pick up, and while waiting was hearing co workers talking about the patients and there opinions on abotion !!!!??? Manager had no clue on how long procedure will take ( hope its not her 1st day). Was so unprofessional it made me question humanity. Happened today 2-18-2022 @ 2 :19 pm.

Yes, we take walk ins but if there are people ahead of you with an appointment, we will take them first. We recommend making an appointment to ensure you are seen.
