Hi, Tattoos can not be done on anyone under the age of 18 regardless of guardian. Some piercings can be done but you and your guardian must both have photo ID. If you have different last names the ID's must both have the same address.

The piercer is female and her name is Kari. You don't need an appointment. Just walk in and more than likely Kari will be at the front desk.

You can walk in and wait to see if a artist is available. No gauruntee that the artist you want is going to be available.. But you can get a free consultation and set up a time for the future.
