extremely rude. called for some questions regarding a pump and the guy on the phone didn't care to help.

New England Plumbing does lots of charity work in the community, we came across a call from an an elderly man in his 90s with no water due to a blown well pump , the pump was totally obsolete and other pump companies wouldn’t even look at it , we called king pumps and they said bring it in and let’s see what we can do Within one day this happy old guy had water again , thanks to the ingenuity and integrity of these true genuine gentlemen ,, We thank you for your fair and honest work and price, especially considering nobody else could do it

Yes, a booster pump will increase your pressure. There are some things we don’t understand: if the city is giving you 23 pounds, unless you’re in the bottom of my heill, the pressure should not increase. As to why your neighbor has so much pressure the same question applies. To size a booster we need to know the number of fixtures.
