The Ritz, now called The Opus by Marriott, very nice property with large comfortable rooms, great internet, beautiful design.

I stood here and staff is fake management intimidates staff to to constantly ask guests questions out of pressure it’s regally annoying service was slow across the board house keeping staff below average really not a good place to stay
