Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The staff were professional and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The Bronzini was the best I have had outside of Italy and they have a piano player on weekends.

Not that i noticed
When I was going through answering questions my arm was bumped and I pushed yes they have a hot tub...but when I peeked in the door it looked like it had been taken out. I'll double check before we check out.

It's a beautiful place and the staff was very nice and polite housekeeping was great so I was satisfied with the services thanks Hilton garden inn

I didn't see any animals.

I do believe that you can speak with the General Manager, Kim. She may be able to help you. Just call the hotel and ask the front desk to transfer you to her extension. I hope this helps you.
