TWU local 100 has provided very good contracts over the last decade. They have provided good representation over all. Everyone wants more but don’t see achieving those goals are very difficult. Local 100 has given us great Benefits and security. Trade Unions in MOW may need touch ups and those in other divisions need to stay in tune with reality. New employees need to get a grip and realize you have it better than most working class. I believe get involved look for good advice not from those who have self serving agendas and pretend that they are leaders but time and time again they seem to have a jealous motivation and tricks to attempt to gain Power by giving up benefits /jobs for a coin in future contracts if they ever gain prime spots. They will do this cause they won’t be able to deliver on their false promises. Look and listen to the advice from experience present leadership . GET involved!!!!
