They sent an email cancelling my reservation 2 days before my arrival, when I called them back they explained they had to cancel the reservation due to a General Assembly in September. They charged me a cancellation fee of over $400!! I sent several emails and phone calls and they have done absolutely nothing. Thieves!!!

Attentive and responsive staff. The rooms are not very big but comfortable and quiet. The drink dispenser is nice. The location is ideal, 5 minutes walk from Times Square and Bryant Park

No. I was a guest at this hotel for 10 days and when I asked for a microwave rental for my room, I was told that they do not offer this amenity, despite having mini refrigerators. Additionally when I requested to use the microwave in the breakfast room, the hotel staff was not kind and acted as if my request was above and beyond normal.
They can be sent, up to a week before, it has a cost, when I went it was 5 dollars a package, if you buy on Amazon, there is a type of shipment that allows you to send deferred and you can even earn Amazon credit.

Pardon me for not replying in Spanish, Daniel. Historically our hotel is not within the fenced zone for the Times Square Ball Drop. Please keep in mind though, when travelling through Manhattan on New Year’s Eve you will experience traffic and road blocks. The Times Square area has multiple street closures. Unfortunately, we do not know too ahead of time when or where those closures will be. You may need to check in the week before you arrive for more details. I understand your confusion and apologize for the misinformation. Without knowing the full details of your stay at this time, I can update you on the payment procedure at the hotel. Before guests arrive, the hotel performs the advertised pre-authorization to the credit card used to book to guarantee the stay at least 72 hours in advance. This is in the amount of the first night's stay plus taxes to guarantee the validity of the reservation. Once everything checks out, we check you in, release the hold, and then take a balance of the stay charge. The only amount charged is the total of your stay. By way of explaining, but by no means excusing, the process in which the released hold may still show on your credit card until your bank releases the pending hold - which depending on the country of origin, or policy of your financial institution - unfortunately in some cases can take a few days to a couple of weeks to receive.
You can store your luggage after checkout, 12:00PM (noon) and uplift later, until midnight.

All reservations are required to be reserved with a valid card having sufficient funds for the FIRST NIGHT (room charge plus taxes) for the hotel will check the card’s validity 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Please ensure to provide the card which was used to reserve with a valid photo identification upon arrival. Upon arrival you can choose the mode of payment: Cash (US Dollars) or Credit Card or Debit Card – Visa/MasterCard (card MUST be registered in the name of the guest arriving with accompanying identification).
