You will always have to wait for a car at the counter even if you have Avis preferred. There is almost always a wait for a car, and the line usually is backed up.

I need to get to a FBO at 67 tower rd after I drop off one of your cars . The FBO told me you would pickup the car at the tower rd location , is this true ? How do I contact you once I arrive ?

Office open at 9:30 AM so, just call them and leave a message. Yesterday not one answered to let them know I got stock on traffic and I was late 35 minutes for return my rental. As I walking in the airport I noticed Avis rental car was extremely busy maybe that was the reason they didn't answer me when I called.
