Got a portability sent over to them ,missed a phone call, was left a message returned the call only to be told by Auto message tht they will get back within 48 hrs, welp its been over 48 .If the communication is this poor I rather not deal with them.bc all I can see is missed opportunities,evictions and section 8 voucher smh .That's very scary coming from a place where my NYCHA office is always on point.

I documented the the day I entered the wait list in in May 2018. It said I have to wait 1 to 2 years, which would be May of 2020. So, why am I listening to a recent recording and being told another 1 to 2 years
