I documented the the day I entered the wait list in in May 2018. It said I have to wait 1 to 2 years, which would be May of 2020. So, why am I listening to a recent recording and being told another 1 to 2 years

I understand, but before the automated system gave you the date of the application and the estimated wait which was 10 years. This will mark the year and now the recording changed. I rather it give me my number in line this way I dont feel like it's done by whenever the wind blows because there's no way of telling where I am on the list Additional 1 to 2 years, makes 12 years and not the estimated 1 to 2 years it mention in May 2018.

I suggest that you follow up to the point sometimes of being annoying every three months you should check in and make them stick to an answer don't let them give you something vague you can also ask if you're not moving that fast is there any alternative we have a housing problem definitely so you have to be very proactive cuz sometimes it's they don't hear from you in three months they're not going to check on you you have to you know be like I say proactive and keep going the Aaron asking questions and so forth and so on that's all I can say the word is proactive are you won't get anywhere
