I photographed a wedding here for the first time a few days ago, and it was SO dreamy. The landscape, the mountain vibes, everything was perfect. Can't wait to photograph my next wedding here!

We have been here now three times and we have bumped into either people who have gotten married there or who are getting married there. This is truly one of the most cherished destinations we have encountered. Anyone who gets married here is a lucky couple.

Sadly the Church of Dirt arch has calapsed, yet a couple had me officiate their wedding there on a clear beautiful autumn day two weeks ago. The views are spectacular. Nothing beats nature for giving perspective to such a sacred occasion.

My able bodied son wants to get married at the church of the dirt I’m not so able bodied. How is the handicap parking and how far is it from the parking lot to the benches. Is it possible for me to take a wheelchair? Or a scooter

Yes. Not far from the main parking lot. We had a family member in a wheelchair. Dirt path. It was dry for our event.

Their is a parking area south about a 1/4 mile and a small one across the street and then just parking along the side of the road. My nephew got married their. It was a Good experience.

Do you have to reserve it for an event somehow? Or is it just first come first serve?

There is a spot up there where you can reserve a date and time.
